How We Work

Here's a few simple tips to ensure a smooth experience with bulk orders.

Step 1 - Submit your order here <sales@kos-trading.com>. You will get a reply very quickly as we're able to help multiple customers at once. We can work out so many small details at this stage.

Step 2 - Pay for the order. We will email you an invoice that you can click to pay with your debit or credit card (no extra fee). It's that EASY! Or you can arrange payment via Zelle, cash, and physical checks (checks must clear prior to loading order). Or, you may also pay at the front desk in person.

Step 3 - Load your order. You can schedule a time that works for you and we'll have it ready by then. Our business hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

 

* If your cabinet order requires assembly, the wait time will be longer. This is handled on a case by case basis depending on our availability and assembly schedule at the time of the order.

 

** If you typically buy small quantities per order (i.e. couple of shower doors, few quartz slabs, a few flat packed cabinets, etc), you may disregard the three step process above. Simply visit our showroom, pay at the front desk, and load your order. You can pay with debit card / credit card, issue a check, pay with Zelle, or freshly printed cash 💸.
